Magnifying Rigor (2019)

This work is part of a series on rigor including a proscenium stage work, community project, and dance for camera. Broadly the series questions what rigor is and who gets to be seen as rigorous. The intention behind the project is to investigate ways to support dance audiences in broadening their ways of viewing dancers.
This work premiered at Halestone Foundation's fundraiser in 2019 with the dance score done by members of the community and company.
